* leftover protein bowl (black beans, brown rice, steamed kale, carrots, avocado, salsa, black cumin, pinch of amla) w/ added steamed mushrooms & some drizzled homemade vegan ranch dressing

* hunk of Costco cranberry-walnut bread w/ guacamole
* potato waffle (nothing but a potato!)
* dairy-free choco pudding
