* 3 ingredient pancakes – banana, rolled oats, Martian milk (blenderize kale + water + almonds) topped w/ blueberries, mango & pure maple syrup
* steakhouse supper: baked potato (I brought scoop of my own sodium-free black beans & avocado), steamed broccoli & carrot, mushroom & onion sautĂ©ed in teriyaki (no butter/oil on potato & veggies, but very light oil used to sautĂ©ed mushrooms… next time request NO OIL, not one drop!)
