Boiled, cooled white potato (may even try white sweet potato & exclude sweetner)
Lemon juice
Dijon mustard
Sweetner
Salt of your choice
This harmful “ultra-processed” food, as the researchers called it,
may include packaged sweet pastries and muffins, chips, candy, sodas, frozen dinners like meatballs and fish sticks, instant ramen noodles, sugary cereals, and pretty much anything else you can imagine that’s cheap and comes in a ready-to-go packet or container at the store.

Hurray… I’m NUTS for nuts!!!
Okay, today 3/26/18, after 4 years of daily posts to this meal & workout journal (actually 3 years + 1 day)… I’m done! The entire idea was to offer suggestions about the variety of options available when you take flesh & dairy off of your plate & replace them with low-salt/oil/sugar plant foods. I certainly never went hungry, and I am thoroughly convinced I can continue living this way for the rest of my life. Four years of dietary & exercise suggestions is sufficient. I will post here in the future on an irregular basis… but continue this lifestyle daily because it makes me feel like a million bucks!
