Daily Journal Becomes “Occasional” Journal

Okay, today 3/26/18, after 4 years of daily posts to this meal & workout journal (actually 3 years + 1 day)… I’m done! The entire idea was to offer suggestions about the variety of options available when you take flesh & dairy off of your plate & replace them with low-salt/oil/sugar plant foods. I certainly never went hungry, and I am thoroughly convinced I can continue living this way for the rest of my life. Four years of dietary & exercise suggestions is sufficient. I will post here in the future on an irregular basis… but continue this lifestyle daily because it makes me feel like a million bucks!
