Okay, so this guy eats during a very brief window of time each day. He eats crap, he works out very hard, he eats in the middle of the night, and he loses weight. As the doctor observed at the end of the video my only concern is the type of food that he’s eating. Try doing something similar to this in the daytime (on a smaller caloric scale) with healthy food! That’s what I’ve been gravitating to lately and it’s working!
