SARS-CoV-2 Endothelial Function and Diet – part 1

FIRST IN A SERIES OF UPCOMING VIDEOS (that will all be posted here) EXPLAINING COVID-19/ENDOTHELIUM (lining of blood and lymphatic vessels) THEORY.

Here we address questions like:

  • Why aren’t ventilators doing what we thought they were going to do?
  • Why are patients behaving as though they are at high altitude?
  • Why are some young patients getting strokes, blood clots?
  • Why are patients getting better, taken off the ventilators, only to succumb to cardiac arrest?
  • Why are patients being discharged home and coming back to hospital later?

* very veggie (water) stirfry (no oil) on wheat noodles w/ steamed asparagus & lemon pepper

* sliced orange w/ CLA cheez
* chocolate pudding w/ 4whipped almond milk

He’s been run through the wringer since his earlier public comments. Some criticized him for not having his fresh research peer-reviewed before speaking publicly about it, but times like these call for unusual measures. His papers will be peer-reviewed later, we need to know what he’s finding NOW.

* Lift lower body

* tofu scramble w/ tomato, onion, ginger, spinach, arugula, blueberries, dry-fry hash browns, sourdough crackers, fresh grape tomatoes
* veggie-thin burger on extra thin-sliced whole grain toast w/ onion, spinach, arugula, tomato, mustard & tiny amount vegan XL-mayo
* side of carrots, bbq-sauced garbanzo beans w/ blueberries
