* TRX canvas straps & dumbbells resistance training (chest, back, shoulders)
* Ab-coaster workout

WATER:

EATS:
* chopped gorilla salad w/ beans, rice, avocado & wautéed Meati mushroomi patty
* airfried potato wedges & some corkscrew from XL-frozen
* red grapes
* choco-peanut butter (lowfat) on 9 grain sourdough toast w/ banana & hot green tea

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
