EXERCISE:
* IR red light therapy via rebounding outdoors
* vibrating platform session
* 30 minute walk outdoor

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* rolled oats, hot water, thinly sliced almonds, raspberries, banana
* sliced orange & few peanuts
* Meati mushroomi patty (split in half) on 9 grain  sourdough avocado toast, tomato, onion, gorilla salad, vegan fry sauce, red grapes

… SUN HAS SET …

* gorilla salad & cheese-free pizza (topped w/ tomato sauce, mushrooms, onion) w/ a few airfried plain potato disks

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
