EXERCISE:
* Multiple sessions in vibrating platform
* 20 minute walk beside the lake
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/stengthening
* IR red light therapy 20 minutes

WATER:

EATS:
* sliced orange
* Taco Friday! 🌮 smash tacos made w/ oilfree pan-heated, stuffed, then airfried “Thincredible” corn tortillas (filled w/ a mashed potato, brown rice, black beans, avocado, tomato, chopped gorilla salad, salsa)
* plain sparkling water w/ a shot of soft XL-drink
* few choco-mint XL-cookies
* mushroomi classic patty on multi-grain sourdough toast, tomato, chopped salad, mustard w/ one small potato cut into wedgettes, big plate of steamed broccoli
