* power walking indoors 20 minutes

WATER:

EATS:
* steamed broccoli, three veggie taquitos (mushroom & potato) & avo-salsa sauce
* Actual brand veggie burger on 9 grain sourdough avocado toast w/ airfried oilfree potato wedges
* sliced orange
