– hip/pelvic floor
– tailbone/lower back

EATS:
* spelt flakes, grapenut nuggets, pomegranate & almond milk w/ banana & few peanuts
* mung-egg omelet w/ tomato, mushroom, onion, kale served w/ avocado
* home-grilled Don Lee brand veggie burger (made w/ carrot, celery, onion, spinach, sweet potato, brown rice flour, sunflower seed, corn starch, soybean XL-oil, salt, spice, garlic) on multi-grain sourdough toast w/ tomato, lettuce, onion, mustard, smidgen of bbq sauce
* small square of Trader Joe’s oat choco bark w/ crispy rice & cocoa
* two red mini potatoes chopped, boiled, airfried & served w/ natural  ketchup
