* fresh mango & some dry cranberry walnut toast
* few pieces of defrosted jackfruit pods
* chopped multi-greens salad w/ oilfree homemade dressing & slice of dry cranberry walnut toast
* small square of Trader Joe’s oat choco bark w/ crispy rice & cocoa
