MEDITATION:
Proverbs 14:14-18

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
* Lift chest & back

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* fresh peach cobbler (crust includes almond flour, rolled oats, date paste, cinnamon, baking powder, pinch of amla powder, dash of salt, water)
* gorilla salad w/ variety of veggies including kale, broccoli, cauliflower, black beans, hearts of palm, sourdough avocado toast & peanut salad dressing (in syrup bottle)
* plain unsweetened sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* few spoonfuls of sweet potato / banana ice cream

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
