WATER:

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* oilfree Mongolian bbq (mushrooms, zucchini, pineapple, broccoli, onions, bell peppers, noodles, rice)
* cherry oatmeal pie (w/ only lower crust, no top crumble)
