MEDITATION:

Proverbs 3: 24-35  “Withhold not good from them to whom it is due, when it is in the power of thine hand to do it.” vs 27

EXERCISE:
* Walk/Sprint 10 minutes outdoors
* Jog 3 miles outdoors
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* chipotle potato soup w/ mini yellow potatoes, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, served over brown rice
* black bean combo burger on sourdough w/ avocado
* gorilla salad (no dressing)

… SUN HAS SET …

* vegan vanilla ice cream w/ fresh strawberries & choco-peanut sauce (from lowfat powder)

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
