* Powerwalk 2 miles outdoors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* chipotle potato soup w/ mini yellow potatoes, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, served over brown rice
* black bean combo burger – these are the best! Served on sourdough w/ avocado, cashew based crema blanco, mustard, fresh onion, tomato, arugula
