* chipotle-spiced black beans, lemony brown basmati rice, avocado, dab of cauliflower mozzarella cheese
*chopped salad (w/ sprinkle of unseasonably rice vinegar & few dabs of spicy mustard)
* glass of plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
