EATS:
* shredded wheat, oatie-o’s w/ raspberries, blueberries, almond milk
* banana
* open-face tacos (black beans, boiled potato, brown rice, various veggies, salsa, avocado) on toasted corn XL-tortillas & topped w/ romaine & tomato
* few hand-cracked walnuts (I mention “hand-cracked” b/c it slows down consumption!) 😊
