1/2 cup plant milk
2 tbsp cacao powder
1 tsp vanilla

Peanut Noodle Salad

Ingredients:

๐Ÿฅฌ Cabbage
๐Ÿฅ• Carrot
๐Ÿฅ’ Cucumber
๐Ÿœ Rice vermicelli

Following is for peanut sauce:

๐Ÿฅœ PB powder
๐ŸŒถ๏ธ Sweet chili sauce (or dates)
๐Ÿฅข Soy sauce
๐Ÿถ Rice vinegar
๐Ÿง„ Garlic powder
๐Ÿ’ง Splash of water
๐Ÿ‹ Lime
๐ŸŒฟ Fresh mint
๐ŸŒฟ Fresh coriander (optional)

Peanut sauce – combine:

* 2 Tbsp PB powder
* 1 soft Medjool date (or 2 small dates) – this replaces chili sauce
* 1 Tbsp soy sauce
* 2 Tbsp rice vinegar
* ยผ tsp garlic powder
* Water as needed

Potato Lasagne

INGREDIENTS
4-5 large pre-steamed potatoes

Cheese sauce;
1 cauliflower
1/4 cup cashews
1 tbsp salt
1/2 cup nutritional yeast
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tbsp onion powder
1/2 tsp turmeric
1 cup plant milk

Tomato sauce:
(blitz it together into chunkie sauce)
3 sticks of celery
1 onion
1 large carrots
1-2 courgettes
4 cloves of garlic
1 cup lentils
2 tbsp bouillon powder
2 tbsp mixed herbs
4 400g tins of chopped tomatoes
