Ingredients:
π± 2 bags bean sprouts
π Mushrooms
π₯ Carrots
π₯¬ Cabbage
π§ Smoked tofu
π₯’ Soy sauce
π§ Garlic powder
π§ Fresh garlic
π Rice vinegar or apple cider vinegar
π― Tiny bit of brown sugar
π« Tiny bit of sesame oil
π 1/4 pack rice noodles
βͺ Sesame seeds
πΏ Sprinkle of coriander
Method:
1οΈβ£ Soak the bean sprouts in boiling water while preparing the rest of the ingredients.
2οΈβ£ Slice the mushrooms, carrots, and cabbage. Add them to a hot pan with smoked tofu and fresh garlic. Sprinkle with garlic powder and cook until softened and slightly golden.
3οΈβ£ Add soy sauce, vinegar, brown sugar, and a tiny bit of sesame oil. Mix well.
4οΈβ£ Add the soaked bean sprouts and cooked rice noodles to the pan and toss everything together until hot and coated in the sauce β¨
5οΈβ£ Top with sesame seeds and fresh coriander before serving π
