–lower body stretch/stengthening

WATER:

EATS:
* rolled oats w/ hot water, fresh strawberries, thin sliced raw almonds
* leftover veggie spaghetti
* chipotle flavored black beans w/ lime rice, romaine lettuce, guacamole & salsa
* fresh strawberry toast & bananas
