–lower body stretch/stengthening

WATER:

EATS:
* rolled oats w/ hot water, strawberries, thin sliced raw almonds
* gorilla chopped salad w/ Chef Kenny copycat dressing
* leftover veg-ghetti w/ nutritional yeast  sprinkled on top
* one piece of sourdough toast w/ strawberry jam
