–lower body stretch/ stengthening
* 10 squats

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* Leftover Ethiopian vegan platter w/ avocado, teff injera & plain sparkling water w/ a shot of soft XL-drink
* leftover cilantro salad & crispy eggplant
* leftover chopped salad w/ grain/greens salad, palm hearts, jicama & 3-2-1 dressing
* plain airpopped popcorn w/ just a few pre-popped sweet kernels mixed-in

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
