* leftover noodles & veggies w/ Dr. Greger’s homemade Cheesy Sauce
* cannellini white beans w/ salsa, brown basmati rice w/ salsa & tomato
* Mediterranean chopped salad w/ Grain/greens salad, jicama & 3-2-1 dressing
