MEDITATION: (Listened to lots of audio b/c I drove for hours. Meditating for healing of others brings health & prosperity not only to them, but also to your own body, mind, spirit. I love doing it!)

EXERCISE:
* Walk 15 minutes about campus
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* Walk-about indoors 30 minutes
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/ stengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* whole wheat pita pocket sandwich (stuffed w/ grain/green salad, Mediterranean chopped salad, sliced hearts of palm, brown basmati rice w/ tomato, jicima, avocado, Dr. Greger cheesy sauce)
* blueberry bean cups
* one small cheese-free tortilla “pizza” & plain sparkling water w/ a shot of soft XL-drink
* Chef Kenny’s cilantro salad w/ tempeh, crispy eggplant, vegan crispy “beef”

(Shared food, but still feel like I over-indulged. Tomorrow smaller portions!)
