EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Day 1 Muscle/Bone Mass Workout
* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/ strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* organic cornflakes, grapenuts w/ pomegranate, peach, almond milk, banana
* few bites of leftover 3-2-1 Confetti Salad
* homemade chipotle black beans (w/ tomato, mushroom, onion), rice, avocado, green grapes
* airpopped popcorn, few peanuts & jr mints
* 9 grain sourdough toast w/ raspberry jam
