I love recognizing (like dude in video) that being stressed, petty, bitter, and resentful over politics is self-destructive. But we are funneled into such divisiveness by those who profit from it. Recognizing this manipulation empowers and liberates us. Honestly, life is just too beautiful & brief to squander it in serial indignation, as too many in social media do. It is so much better to just take a walk in nature & bathe in God’s creation.
