* PT APP workout
–lower body stretch/ strengthening
* Walk 20 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* banana
* Mongolian bbq (steamed rice, noodles & truckloads of veggies)
* fresh peach
