MEDITATION;

Gratitude mediation while floating under the stars (thank you Father)

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
–pelvic strengthening
–neck stretches
* powerwalk outdoors 15 minutes

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ pomegranate, blueberries, peach & splash of 5:1 ratio almond milk
* leftover Berbere spiced Kitchari w/ veggies & teff sour injera w/ avocado
* black beans + kale brownie cookies w/ raw walnuts
* bbq marinated mushroom, baked potato & corn on cob

… SUN HAS SET …

* unsweetened apple sauce

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommonly excessive food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
