MEDITATION;

* No Greater Love podcast

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Stroll @ park
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
–hip strengthening
–neck stretches
–neck & shoulder stretches
* Day 3 Muscle/Bone Mass Workout

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* black beans + kale brownie cookies w/ fresh peach
* very veggie & garbanzo spaghetti  w/ plain sparkling water & a shot of soft XL-drink
* unsweetened apple sauce
* Berbere spiced Kitchari w/ veggies & teff injera w/ avocado

… SUN HAS SET …
