* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats)
* one piece of 9 grain sourdough toast w/ avocado
* bean & rice burrito w/ XL-flour tortilla
* mix a few French XL-fries w/ airfried oilfree potatoes
* steamed broccoli & an ear of corn
* uncooked rolled oats, few cherrios, fresh peach & almond milk

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
