EATS:
* watermelon
* bowl of oatmeal w/ fresh peach, hot water, few walnuts, powders of pomegranate, beet & Gary Null’s green stuff
* alpha-gorilla salad w/ few bites of avocado on side
* tomato sauce (w/ fresh garden tomatoes, mushrooms, quinoa, rani moong dal (split mung beans), sauerkraut, nutritional yeast) served over organic Italian noodles
* steamed brussel sprouts & half ear of corn
* tomato & broccoli-slaw sandwich w/ avo-mayo on 9 grain sourdough  toast & radishes on the side
