EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk outdoors 3+ hours at the coast
* Facial lymphatic massage
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo (greens-fruit-oats) smoothie
* fresh apricots
* chipotle bowl (black beans, brown rice, romaine lettuce, salsa, avocado) & plain unsweetened sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* leftover chipotle potato, cauliflower stew w/ brown rice,  freshly steamed kale, sourdough toast & avocado
* sweet potato / banana ice cream

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
