20 seconds for each exercise:

1. Heels of each hand, pressing upon forehead above eyebrows, then press-up & hold.

2. Both index fingers pressing-in at top/side of nose bridge on both sides & hold.

3. Run those fingers down firmly along each side of nose.

4. Rapidly tap fingers on top of cheeck bones.

5. Place each thumb beneath cheekbones, firmly spread outward & hold.
