MEDITATION:
Meditating again on episodes 11 here

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Lift shoulders on the Total Gym
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
* Powerwalk outdoors 15 minutes post-meal

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* strawberries w/ organic corn flakes, rolled oats & 5:1 ratio homemade almond milk
* fresh apricots
* chipotle potato-rice-cauliflower stew w/ added broccoli & side of sourdough (w/ CARROT, cranberry & walnut baked inside the dough!) avocado toast
* plain sparkling water w/ 2 shots of Tuscanini organic (phosphoric acid-free) cola
* mini choco ice cream cones
* airfried potato XL-wedges from frozen (2.5g fat) w/ natural ketchup & mustard (not a good choice, but a rare one!)

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
