* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate!)
* vegan vanilla ice cream w/ powders (cacao, peanut & palm sugar)
* smoky grilled mushroom w/ corn on cob, biscuit & gorilla salad
* more gorilla salad topped w/ Sharon’s Creamy Dressing (add 1/4 C cashews to blender batch recipe)
* unsweetened apple sauce w/ few junior mints
