MEDITATION:
Proverbs 10:14-24 “The blessing of the Lord, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.”

EXERCISE:
* Lift lower body at gym
* Walk 20 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* Powerwalk outdoors 30 minutes
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate!)
* brc burrito (pinto beans, rice, cabbage, cilantro, couple slices avocado, wrapped in XL-flour tortilla)
* homemade almond-crust apple pie (used this lower/upper crust recipe w/ fresh apples instead of cherries)
* brc bowl (same ingredients as brc burrito, but no tortilla)
* 2nd brc bowl (later)

… SUN HAS SET …

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly lucious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
