EXERCISE:
* Facial lymphatic massage
* Jog 5k outdoors
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* vegan vanilla ice cream w/ choco-syrup
* veggie fried rice (no meat, egg, oil)
* gorilla salad w/ rice vinegar & avocado toast
