MEDITATION:

EXERCISE:
* Lift lower body
* Powerwalk 1hr 45 minutes outdoors
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening
WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)
EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* 3 mini squares of TJ almond XL-choco bar
* black beans w/ fire roasted tomatoes & seasoning, wild rice, gorilla salad, avocado toast
* chipotle black beans, brown lime rice, avocado
* banana split w/ vegan vanilla ice cream, fresh strawberries, pineapple, defatted choco-peanut powder sauce & sprinkle of palm sugar
