* gfo smoothie (greens dominate, fruit, oats)
* peanuts
* open-face black bean combo burger on sourdough w/ avocado
* gorilla salad, dressed w/ splash of apple cider vinegar & lemon
* vegan vanilla ice cream w/ fresh strawberries & choco-peanut sauce (from lowfat powder)
* chipotle potato soup w/ mini yellow potatoes, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, served over brown rice & Ezekiel avocado toast
