EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 4 miles indoors w/ facial lymphatic massage
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens dominated, fruit, oats)
* leftover gorilla salad w/ sourdough avocado toast
* leftover dairy-free mashed potatoes grilled dry on waffle iron (crumbly) & side of natural ketchup
* mini melon fruit platter
* sweet potato burger on organic sourdough muffin w/ tomato, lettuce, avocado, mustard, side of corn, fresh radishes & mini dill pickle
* leftover vanilla ice cream w/ choco-peanut sauce & fresh blueberries

… SUN HAS SET …
