MEDITATION:

EXERCISE:
* Walk 30 minutes about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours
* Walk 3 hours on Walking Treadmill Desk grading exams
* PT APP workout
–low back stretch / strengthening

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* gfo smoothie
* one oatmeal XL-cookie
* marinated carrot “piggies in a blanket” wrapped in flattened organic Ezekiel sprouted bread w/ mustard, baked beans & gorilla salad w/ 3-2-1 dressing

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
