* Walk outdoors to market for 75 minutes
* Walk 90 minutes outdoors about campus, up/down stairs
* Standing lecture 2.5 hours

EATS:
* gfo smoothie (greens, fruit, oats)
* oilfree Mongolian bbq (mushrooms, zucchini, pineapple, broccoli, onions, bell peppers, noodles, rice), half-piece of mini pocket bread & plain sparkling water w/ a shot of soft XL-drink

Cmmt: XL indicates uncommon extravagantly luscious food, and wautéed means water-sautéed
