* Bicycle outdoors 20 minutes

* veggie tray w/ broccoli, celery, mushroom, baby cucumbers & guacamole
* rolled oats & spelt flakes w/ fresh strawberries & 4:1 ratio almond milk
* sweet potato/sunflower seed burger on toasted ciabatta w/ tomato, cucumber, avocado, Mediterranean Crunch salad, mustard, w/ bbq white beans & unsweetened lime sparkling water
* rolled oats peach crumble served w/ sweet potato/banana ice cream w/ 2 mini choco-mint XL-cookies
* Mediterranean Crunch salad w/ Grain & Celery salad, tomato & sliced hearts of palms, fresh blueberries & 3-2-1 dressing
