* open-faced stewburgers on seeded whole grain toast, tomato, onion, lettuce, avocado, mustard & potato-cauliflower ranch dressing
* steamed cauliflower w/ chili con limón
* chocolate potato & banana based ice cream w/ raspberries & sliced almonds
* air-fried corn tortilla dipped in salsa
