EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors in sunshine
* Lift chest & back @ home

* leftover backyard peach pie (did not eat bottom crust)
* airfried shredded potato
* homemade pizza on thin sliced multigrain sourdough toast topped w/ thick leftover sauce (tomato, tomato sauce, onion, bell pepper, garlic, mushrooms, quinoa to thicken sauce, wautéed kale & cabbage), cauliflower cheese sauce, jalapeño hot sauce
* side of crunchy raw kale/cabbage
* bowl of oatmeal w/ wheatena, blueberries, splash of almond milk
