Day 1 of Year TEN!!! Low-SOS Vegan Plan

Today I am celebrating TEN YEARS of recording my daily low-SOS  (salt-oil-sugar) vegan lifestyle. Hurray!! Now I will relax, cut back on this daily chore & only record my meal & workouts occasionally.  From this point forward I’ll not keep track of day/year. I’ll just jump-in & post when the Spirit moves me. I’m looking forward to continuing this delicious & life affirming modality!

EXERCISE:
* Powerwalk 4 miles indoors pre-meal
* Lift shoulders & upper back @ gym (alternate push & pull)
* Walk across campus 20 min

WATER:
(2) × (32) = 64 oz (+)

EATS:
* veggie pancake w/ ground oatmeal & wheat flour, shreaded carrot, mushroom, cabbage, cauliflower, red onion, broccoli, cilantro, paper-thin sliced raw almonds, teriyaki dip & plain sparkling water w/ shot of soft XL-drink
* unsweetened applesauce & vegan cheese-like crackers
* Mexi-bowl w/ pinto beans, rice, salsa, cilantro, quarter avocado, onion, cabbage, kale & variety of steamed cruciferous crunch veggies
* baked oilfree French “fries” w/ natural ketchup
* thin rice cakes w/ reconstituted defatted choco-peanut butter powder
* canned peaches in pear juice (no added sugar)
