EXERCISE:
* 15 minute backyard walk – post meal
* grocery store walk about – post meal

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* small amount leftover protein bowl (black beans, brown rice, steamed kale, mushroom, carrots, avocado, salsa, black cumin, pinch of amla)
* small amount leftover steamed kale & mushrooms
* red kiwi & banana
* 3 of the tacos in pic (baked sweet potato, dab of bbq jackfruit, dab avocado, dab of drizzled homemade vegan ranch dressing, salsa, tomato, onion, Alma powder, black cumin) in dry-grilled corn tortilla w/ gobs of fresh arugula
* 3 raw almonds & frozen jackfruit
