Day 229 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* Jog 5k outdoors
* Backyard walkabout – post meal

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* oatmeal w/ raspberries, pomegranite, ground flaxseed, almond milk, black cumin & amla powder
* small cruciferous crunch salad w/ some steamed beans, tomato & small dab of homemade vegan ranch dressing
* banana
* bbq jackfruit added to pinto beans, cruciferous crunch, arugula, mushrooms, few chunks of white potato, no dressing
* apple


… SUN HAS SET …

* one more serving of the jackfruit/pinto bean/greens hash (no dressing) & one slice Ezekiel toast, dry

* 4 raspberries
