Day 227 of Year 9 Low-SOS Vegan Plan

EXERCISE:
* 20 minute alternating jog/sprint on treadmill indoors
* Brief stroll outdoors in sunshine
* 20 minute powerwalk outdoors – post meal

WATER:
(3) × (25) = 75 oz

EATS:
* Ezekiel sprouted avocado toast w/ oatmeal, beet powder, green stuff powder, amla powder, ground flaxseed, few strawberries, water
* leftover protein bowl (black beans, brown rice, steamed kale, carrots, avocado, salsa, black cumin, pinch of amla) w/ added steamed mushrooms & some drizzled homemade vegan ranch dressing
* few raw raspberries
