* oatmeal w/ fresh pomegranate, beet powder, vitamin C powder, amla powder, walnut, almond milk
* small saucer of leftover tomato & white bean soup w/ black cumin (nigella setiva)
* fresh strawberries
* raw cauliflower & frozen jackfruit
* Thanksgiving plate (grilled portobello mushroom, potatoes, cornbread & veggie crunch dressing – just a few bites)
